Serving the south Denver metro area since January of 2016, Cherry Hills Sushi Co is your neighborhood temaki and sashimi bar. We are dedicated to both celebrating and serving the highest quality of fish while offering good prices in a simple execution. We provide an experience that is unique to Colorado in a casual environment while emphasizing service.

The Sushi Co experience starts as you walk in and pull up a seat along the bar. If you haven’t been here before, our staff will guide you through the simple menu and feed you one hand-roll at a time along with Colorado’s best Japanese craft beer list, a well-curated sake selection, and Japanese whisky.
